You will act as the Subject Matter Expert, providing critical guidance and technical direction to ensure alignment across LHD and AOR systems. You'll be at the centre of resolving baseline discrepancies, leading the identification and remediation of system misalignments while empowering the broader project team with clear, risk-based technical advice. Working collaboratively across disciplines, you will influence key decisions and help drive technical integrity throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities
  • Provide system-level technical assurance across Platform, Combat Systems, or Electrical domains, ensuring maintenance, support, and configuration data is accurate, aligned, and internally consistent for incorporation into the product baseline.
  • Act as System SME to identify, analyse, and resolve baseline misalignments, applying ILS and LSA principles to assess data discrepancies and define technically sound remediation actions.
  • Support technical risk management activities, including input to RPRs, PIRs, and engineering recommendations where baseline issues impact safety, sustainment, or availability.
  • Collaborate with project and technical teams to ensure system intent, maintenance concepts, and certification requirements are accurately reflected in updated technical products for SPO/CLCM handover.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders as a trusted technical authority, providing clear advice and supporting technical reviews across concurrent workstreams.
  • Maintain effective stakeholder communication and strong working relationships across the CLCM environment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of baseline uplift processes, tools, and governance frameworks.

    • Experience in Navy Technical Risk Management.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a team environment.
    • Eligibility for ITAR clearance.
  • Desirable:
    • Certificate IV in Maintenance and Operational domains.
