Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a System Assurance (Support) Analyst to bolster program and project governance, focusing on data within Equip/SAP. This role supports reporting, metadatum integrity, and financial management responsibilities across road maintenance projects.

Based at multiple NSW offices including Milsons Point, you will work autonomously to drive improvements and sustain high-quality governance and system assurance processes while maintaining work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial and project management systems, including Equip (SAP).
• Proactive, autonomous and capable of solving complex problems.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the assurance of program and projects and metadata within Equip/SAP, ensuring project structures are accurately created, monitored, and maintained in line with required data standards and processes.
• Contribute to governance coordination for the road maintenance program by assisting with governance forums, including managing meeting logistics, preparing documentation, and supporting transparent and consistent reporting processes.
• Provide system assurance reporting for monitoring progress and evaluating program and project performance as well as assisting in implementing governance decisions in Equip by providing accurate operational support.
• Provide ongoing support to uplift project staff capability and strengthen understanding of project and program metadata and financial management responsibilities.

In this role, you'll:

• Proven ability to be proactive, work autonomously and solve complex problems. Assertive in driving through recommended improvements to ensure high quality governance and/or system assurance processes.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or related discipline or extensive relevant experience.
