Support the planning, delivery and monitoring of projects to ensure outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and aligned to agreed quality and scope requirements. Working closely with program and project managers, you will coordinate project activities, prepare reports and documentation, monitor project performance, and support financial and risk management.
You will engage with a range of stakeholders to facilitate collaboration, coordinate working groups and consultations, and provide research and analysis to support informed decision-making. Success in this role requires strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a commitment to fostering innovation, collaboration and inclusion.
This role reports into the Manager, Technology Innovation & Partnerships.

This is apermanent role. This role is based in a hybrid environment, with 50% of your time spent in the office. You will typically work five days per month from our Burwood office and a further five days from another TfNSW office location (typically Parramatta, Macquarie Park, and/or CBD). To support team collaboration though, you will ideally be based in the Burwood office every Wednesday.
This is a Grade 7 role, paying between$ 124,810.00 - $139,787.00 + super . The grade level will be assessed based on your relevant skills, experiences, capabilities, and qualifications etc.
