Job summary

Sonder Executive is recruiting for a Site Operations Manager at its flagship NSW site in Sydney. You will oversee production, warehousing, planning, dispatch and maintenance to drive safety, productivity and cost outcomes across the site.

You will develop leaders, lead CI initiatives, manage budgets and ensure HACCP/GMP and retailer audit readiness, while guiding the site through growth and capital investments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sizeable manufacturing site.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and cost management.
• Proven track record in improving labour productivity and operations performance.
• Visible safety leadership with experience managing risks and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations across production, warehousing, planning, dispatch and maintenance.
• Drive improvements in labour productivity, throughput, yield and costs.
• Manage site budgets, financial performance and OPEX.
• Champion proactive safety culture and compliance with HACCP, GMP and audits.
• Lead CI initiatives to optimise processes and asset utilisation.
• Develop site leaders and strengthen engagement and performance.
• Oversee food safety and retailer audit readiness.
