Qualifications

• Senior management experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing operational teams.
• Experience delivering continuous improvement through people.
• Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management.
• LEAN/CI/Six Sigma knowledge.
• Experience with automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead production and operations to meet the plan safely, efficiently and within budget.
• Drive OPS and promote best-practice ways of working.
• Champion a Zero Harm culture and safety of people.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, HACCP and GMP.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste, yield, quality, cost.
• Collaborate with Engineering to improve OEE and right-first-time performance.
• Develop, coach and mentor leaders and operational teams.
• Partner with People & Capability on succession planning and capability.
• Work across the site to deliver customer service, supply and production requirements.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and unions.
• Identify opportunities to improve capacity and remove bottlenecks.
• Lead change initiatives including automation.
• Use KPIs to drive measurable improvements.
