Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. in Sydney is seeking a MOD & BEX Sales Contract Administrator to manage end-to-end sales contracts for modernisation and existing buildings.

You will coordinate with customers, sales teams, and legal teams to ensure timely, compliant contract delivery and variations. The role requires 3+ years in construction sales contract administration, especially in elevator/escalator projects, with strong MS Office and Otis IT system experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in construction sales contract administration for existing buildings.
• Experience in elevator/escalator construction sales.
• Ability to review, critique and administer sales proposals and contracts at all stages of the sales cycle.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders.
• High level knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong IT skills.
• Otis IT systems: Otis CRM, eLog NE MOD Project Switchboard, Sales Installation Process.
• Excellent prioritisation and time management; ability to meet deadlines.
• Very high attention to detail.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end delivery of all MOD & BEX sales stages and related contractual documentation.
• Develop and review technical and commercial contract changes and pricing impacts.
• Coordinate contractual administration with customers, sales specialists, approvers, and legal review.
• Prepare and coordinate tender submissions, pricing proposals, cost estimates and documentation.
• Receive, manage and respond to communications from internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and systems for sales processes and contracts.
• Manage contract award, handover, variation and termination processes.
• Analyze contracts and opportunities for forecasting and risk management.
