Job summary

Otis Brisbane is seeking a proactive Modernization Sales Consultant to grow the modernization business by identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and securing projects that enhance performance, safety and reliability of vertical transportation systems.

You will prepare proposals and business cases, collaborate with engineering, installation and service teams, manage a sales pipeline, and maintain accurate forecasts to help Otis lead the market.

Qualifications

• Experience in elevator industry, building services, construction or technical sales.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a pipeline.
• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through lead indicators, market research, tenders and engagement.
• Develop relationships with building owners, consultants, developers and stakeholders.
• Assess requirements and prepare solutions aligned with Otis standards.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and business cases for modernization and replacement projects.
• Implement sales strategies to maximize conversions and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with engineering, installation and service teams to deliver outcomes.
