Job summary

Ferrycarrig Construction seeks a Project Manager to lead civil and utilities infrastructure projects in the Sydney region. You will oversee 1–2 projects, drive self-perform execution and manage subcontractors, while maintaining health, safety, environment and quality standards.

The role requires a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree and 7+ years in construction, with 3+ years in utilities projects in NSW.

Qualifications

Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in construction with a minimum of 3 years delivering Utilities Infrastructure projects in the NSW market.
Experience with NEC4 contract is desirable.

Responsibilities

Oversee 1–2 projects.
Work with blue collar staff and uphold self-perform/self-deliver commitments and our brand promise.
Lead Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality management across projects.
Manage project cashflow and report against approved budgets.
Run daily and weekly site meetings and report progress and programming.
Arrange meetings with key stakeholders and identify business opportunities in your sector.
Support Engineers in planning high-risk works and review design with other departments.
