Job summary

Mack Civil is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead major civil infrastructure projects in Sydney, from early planning through delivery. You’ll manage programs, budgets, and resources while ensuring TfNSW GC21 compliance and a high-performance team culture.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in civil construction, strong leadership and stakeholder skills, and a relevant Civil Engineering degree. This is a full-time, on-site role with exposure to a pipeline of upcoming infrastructure works.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering projects for Transport for NSW (TfNSW) in a project manager capacity.
  • Strong track record managing projects under GC21 contract conditions.
  • Demonstrated success delivering projects valued between $10M–$25M.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in civil construction.
  • Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent planning, budgeting, and risk management capabilities.
  • High-level communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and resolve issues effectively.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
