Job summary

Danone is seeking a commercially-minded Business Analytics Manager in Sydney to lead enterprise-wide analytics, governance, and performance insights across ANZ. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Channel teams to translate data into actionable business insights, shaping strategy and accelerating growth.

The role reports to the Head of SIA and Planning, offering exposure to senior leaders and a hybrid working arrangement in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analytics and market insights.
• Experience with syndicated data sources such as Circana or IQVIA.
• Strong skills in performance reporting and forecasting.
• Advanced data visualization and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of market share, category, and business performance reporting across key forums.
• Translate complex data into actionable commercial insights and recommendations.
• Identify growth opportunities, risks, and performance drivers across categories, customers, and channels.
• Develop executive-level reporting and dashboards to support strategic decisions.
