Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or Marketing.
• 5+ years in marketing mix modeling or related analytics roles.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Analytical with attention to detail.
• Experience in project and people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple customer engagements day-to-day, collaborating with CET leadership.
• Manage customer delivery: align timelines, communicate with clients, and ensure quality.
• Develop data-driven insights and present actionable recommendations.
• Guide junior analysts and contribute to firm-wide initiatives.
• Work in a hybrid model with three days weekly in North Sydney office.
