The successful candidate will work closely with a senior practitioner focused on M&A, corporate structuring, shareholder arrangements, commercial contracts, and property matters, including commercial leasing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' post-qualification experience in Australia in corporate, commercial and/or property law.
• Demonstrated ability to manage matters with a degree of independence while working collaboratively within a close-knit, high-performing team.
