Job summary

CC Pines is seeking a Project Manager to own our Darwin project from Sydney, with monthly trips to site to stay close to progress. You’ll manage planning, budget, subcontractors and client relationships end-to-end.

Based in Sydney, you’ll lead a Defence-linked infrastructure program, travel monthly to Darwin, and coordinate with our Contracts team to keep the program on track. This is a dynamic, high-responsibility role with real ownership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on commercial, infrastructure or government construction projects.
• Experience with Defence, DFAT or other government-funded projects highly regarded.
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Willingness and ability to travel to Darwin approximately once a month.

Responsibilities

• Owning project delivery end to end, program, budget, quality and safety
• Leading and coordinating the site team, subcontractors and consultants, remotely and during site visits
• Managing client relationships and acting as the primary point of contact
• Overseeing cost control, forecasting and commercial performance with the Contracts team
• Identifying risks early and driving practical solutions before they become problems
• Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and CC Pines' zero-incident track record
• Reporting project progress and performance to senior leadership
• Travelling to Darwin roughly monthly to maintain strong on-the-ground oversight
