Qualifications

• Strong academic track record with 2:1 or equivalent degree.
• 3–4 years advisory experience in M&A, generalist, or industry teams.
• Experience in transactional services or corporate development considered with M&A.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze and explain historical and projected financial information.
• Create financial models.
• Coordinate and perform due diligence.
• Prepare information memoranda, management presentations and pitches.
• Value companies and businesses.
• Lead marketing engagements and client relationships.
• Mentor junior staff in analyses.
