Houlihan Lokey is offering an internship in Corporate Finance in Australia. The role provides exposure to M&A advisory with a focus on sell-side and sponsor transactions, alongside bankers. You will assist in preparing client materials and conducting market and company analyses.

The program targets final-year students with strong academics and an interest in valuation, and requires 3 days per week availability. An internship in investment banking is desirable.

Formación

• Final year undergraduate or postgraduate student.
• 3 days per week availability.
• 75+ WAM (preferred accounting/economics/finance).
• Understanding of valuation theory/methodologies.
• Excellent English communication.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Interest in M&A.

• Previous investment banking internship desirable.
