Job summary

The Monda Company in Sydney is seeking a Merchandise & Demand Planner to own stocking forecasts, inventory analysis and replenishment planning for our travel lifestyle wholesale business. You’ll use sales history, seasonality, stock cover and commercial analysis to decide what to buy, how much and when.

Qualifications

Minimum 1+ years in operations, inventory planning, demand forecasting or buying.
Retail experience is a major plus.
Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

Own inventory management and replenishment planning to optimise stock levels.
Coordinate with suppliers, manage timelines, pricing and stock availability.
Process orders accurately and coordinate with warehouse for picking and dispatch.
Maintain clean, accurate inventory data and supplier records.
Help develop and improve SOPs; build scalable processes.
Assist with process automation and advanced data tooling in replenishment.
