CommBank is seeking an Engine Optimisation Manager to lead EO strategy across GEO, AEO and SEO for Sydney-based digital discovery. You will connect cross-functional teams to ensure our content and technical foundations are visible, trusted and aligned with business goals.

You will translate complex search and AI concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences, measure impact, and drive scalable EO practices.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management across senior, technical and non-technical teams.
• Deep SEO knowledge including technical, content and authority signals.
• Familiarity with GEO, AEO, generative search and AI discovery trends.
• Experience managing SEO across large, complex digital properties.

Responsibilities
