Dentsu Sydney is seeking an Account Manager to lead localised media planning and oversee execution for B2B and B2C clients. You will mentor juniors, ensure output quality, and deliver performance reporting while collaborating with global teams.

In this role you will manage client relationships, drive media strategy, and maintain strong financial discipline across campaigns, reporting to the Account Director in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Australian media and advertising markets across digital and traditional channels.
• Strong digital and social planning skills with programmatic and paid search knowledge.
• Business acumen with comfort in data and numerical concepts.
• Collaborative leader who mentors and trains others.

Responsabilités

• Lead media channel planning for client portfolios, aligning with global/ regional strategy.
• Quality control and support for campaign setup, activations, reporting and insights.
• Analyze performance and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs with suppliers.
• Maintain knowledge of market developments in media and advertising.
• Manage client budgets and budget trackers.
