Job summary

Crossmuller is seeking an experienced Switchboard Estimation Electrical Engineer to join our team at the Central Coast NSW facility. You will prepare accurate tender submissions, review drawings and specifications, and build strong client relationships to support compliant, competitive estimates.

You will work with suppliers and subcontractors, stay current with industry standards, and ensure all estimates align with best practice.

Qualifications

Diploma or higher in Engineering or equivalent
3+ years in Electrical Switchboard Estimating or similar
Knowledge of LV Switchboard design and documentation
Familiarity with AS/NZS 3000 & 61439 standards
Experience coordinating with PMs, engineers, contractors

Responsibilities

Prepare tender and pricing submissions for low voltage electrical switchboard packages, reviewing drawings, specifications and project requirements to develop competitive, compliant estimates.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing responsive communication, professional support and a high level of service throughout the tender and delivery process.
Develop working relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors to support pricing accuracy, product availability and successful project outcomes.
Stay current with relevant industry developments and standards to ensure estimates and proposals align with best practice and compliance expectations.
