Job summary

Crossmuller is seeking an experienced Switchboard Estimation Electrical Engineer to join our team at our Central Coast NSW facility. You will prepare tender submissions, review drawings and requirements to deliver competitive estimates and maintain strong client relationships throughout tender and delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in electrical switchboard estimating, with knowledge of LV switchboard design and AS/NZS standards.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Engineering (Diploma or higher) or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in electrical switchboard estimating.
• Strong knowledge of LV switchboard design and documentation.
• Understanding of AS/NZS 3000 & 61439 Standards.
• Experience collaborating with Project Managers, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment medical examination including drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate tender and pricing submissions for low voltage electrical switchboard supply packages.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with responsive communication and high-quality service.
• Develop working relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to support pricing accuracy and project outcomes.
• Stay current with industry developments and standards to ensure compliant estimates.
