Pool Palace, an established pool maintenance and retail business serving Sydney, is looking for a reliable Swimming Pool Service Technician based in Bexley. Whether you're experienced or eager to learn, we offer training and support you to grow with our team.

Your day-to-day will include pool cleaning, water testing, equipment inspection, and communicating professionally with customers. Casual/Full-time hours with ongoing training and long-term opportunities are on offer.

Qualifications

• Current valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Fluent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and well-presented.
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

  We are looking for a reliable, motivated and professional Swimming Pool Service Technician to join our team based in Bexley.

  About the Role

  Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Regular swimming pool cleaning and maintenance

  • Water testing, chemical balancing and treatment

  • Inspecting and maintaining pool equipment

  • Identifying and reporting equipment faults

  • Communicating professionally with customers

  • Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised work vehicle and equipment

  • Working independently and as part of a supportive team

  What We're Looking For

  Essential Requirements:

  • Current valid Australian driver's licence

  • Fluent spoken English and strong communication skills

  • Reliable, punctual and well-presented

  • High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

  • Friendly, respectful and professional with customers

  • Physically capable of performing outdoor maintenance work

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities

  Experience is preferred but NOT essential.

  Previous experience in swimming pool maintenance, water chemistry, pool equipment or a similar hands-on trade will be highly regarded.

  However, we are more than happy to provide training to the right person who demonstrates reliability, initiative and a strong work ethic.
