Qualifications

• Great energy and reliability.
• Basic swimming ability and confidence in the water.
• A love of working with children.
• Availability for one afternoon or weekend shift each week.
• Be 16 or over.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming and water safety to children in engaging lessons.
• Help learners build confidence and foundational skills in the water.
• Participate in paid training hours and work with supportive mentors.
