Kingswim, run by YMCA Victoria, is seeking aspiring swim teachers. No prior teaching experience is required; you’ll be trained on the job and paid while you learn. Start as a Swim Teacher in Training and earn while you complete your qualification. We offer flexible shifts to fit study, family, or other commitments, a pool-side work environment, mentoring, and perks like subsidised training and gym access. • Energy and reliability to engage with children.
• Basic swimming ability and confidence in water.
• Love of working with children and patient approach.
• Availability for one afternoon or weekend shift each week.
