Rainbow Club Australia is seeking a Swim Teacher to join our casual team at Glenmore Park, NSW. You will lead engaging swimming lessons, ensuring safety and enjoyment for participants with diverse abilities.

Responsibilities include delivering Rainbow Club’s Swim the Rainbow program, maintaining CPR and WWCC compliance, and supporting ongoing development through our online platform. This casual role offers flexible hours and community impact.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of swim teaching and water safety required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• WWCC and NDISWC applications will be needed for employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safe, positive, and motivating swimming classes following the Rainbow Club Swim the Rainbow Program.
• Adapt lessons for children of varying ages and abilities while keeping safety a priority.

Time and Day: Tuesday | 4.00pm - 6.30pm

Rainbow Club is a network of social swimming clubs for children with a disability. Rainbow Club Australia is a charity that helps children with a disability learn to swim and provides young adults with aqua exercise classes. We have 70+ clubs across NSW, Victoria, ACT and QLD and have plans to increase our footprint to meet the increasing demand for membership. We employ 400+ swimming teachers on a casual basis to provide personalised swimming lessons and aqua exercises to children and young adults with a disability.
