Job summary

Rainbow Club Australia is seeking an Active Moves Instructor for the Seven Hills location. You will deliver aqua fitness sessions designed for young adults (16–25) with disabilities, helping build confidence and independence in the pool.

Prior swim instruction experience is valued, and newly qualified teachers are welcome. Casual role with weekend shifts, ongoing training, and access to specialised equipment and support from an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP).

Qualifications

• Current CPR is required.
• WWCC (Working With Children Check) is required.
• NDISWC must be applied for after accepting a position.
• Experience in swim instruction is welcome, including newly qualified teachers.
• Commitment to inclusive teaching and safety in the pool.

Responsibilities

• Lead Active Moves sessions for young adults with disabilities at Seven Hills.
• Adapt sessions to individual needs and abilities.
• Maintain safety protocols and assistive equipment as required.
• Participate in ongoing development and training for the program.

Rainbow Club is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated instructors to join our Active Moves program—an aqua fitness initiative tailored for young adults (16–25 years) with physical, intellectual, or sensory disabilities.

Position: Active Moves Instructor Location: STSA, Seven Hills, NSW 2765 Time: Sunday | 12.30pm – 4.30pm Type: Casual position What We Offer:
