Job summary

Wellington Shire Council is seeking casual Swim School Teachers to join the Leisure Services team. The role involves delivering aquatic education to Aqua Energy Swim School participants, using Austswim-qualified methods and assessment techniques.

Candidates must work well in a team and uphold customer service excellence. Positions are casual Band 2 with pay at $40.02 per hour (casual loading included, junior rates apply if under 21) plus 11.5% superannuation where applicable.

Wellington Shire Council is seeking expressions of interest from qualified Swim School Teachers who wish to join our valued Leisure Services team. We are seeking dedicated team players who are focussed on providing quality aquatic education services to participants enrolled in Aqua Energy's Swim School. Suitably qualified individuals who are interested in working as part of a positive and vibrant team and who are able to deliver high levels of customer service are strongly encouraged to apply.

The swim program is offered across all days of the week (Monday to Sunday).

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate how they meet the criteria below:
