Job summary

Little Snappers Swim Schools is seeking two exceptional Swim School Managers for our Yarrabilba and Berrinba locations, leading a boutique, family-owned aquatic education centre. This is a significant leadership role requiring someone with strength, experience, and the ability to hit the ground running. Whether you're an experienced swim school manager, aquatic facility leader, or customer service professional with demonstrated management success, we're looking for someone ready to take the helm of of our most established locations.

We're not your typical swim school. We're a boutique, family owned and operated aquatic education centre built on over 40 years of experience, award winning teaching methods, and a "no tears" philosophy. Our program has produced Olympians and Record Holders, but more importantly, we've created thousands of confident, joyful swimmers.

As Swim School Manager, you'll be the guiding force ensuring every staff member, every family, and every swimmer feels genuinely supported throughout the journey with us.
