Job summary

Belgravia Leisure in Coburg (VIC) invites applications for an Aquatics Services Coordinator to lead our Swim Schools and oversee program operations and financial performance. Reporting to the Aquatic Services Manager, you will drive training, quality delivery and staff development.

You will foster a safe, inclusive aquatic environment, mentor teachers, and collaborate with the community to deliver outstanding aquatic education for members of all ages.

Qualifications

• Qualified Swim Teacher with water safety certifications.
• Experience in Swim School or Leisure supervision desirable.
• Leadership experience with a large casual workforce is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate the centre's Swim Schools programs and financial performance.
• Lead Swim Teachers in program delivery, training and skill development.
• Ensure safe, inclusive and high-quality aquatic education for members.

Education

Swim Teacher Certificate

Swim extension course qualifications (Infants and Preschool, Access and Inclusion, Teaching of Adults)

National Police Check

Working With Children Check

Current CPR Certificate

Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
