Job summary

Future Swim is a boutique indoor swim school offering baby and beginner learn-to-swim classes across Caringbah, Kirrawee and other Sydney locations. We’re looking for passionate instructors who can help children progress in their swimming journeys.

We offer pay up to AUD 45 per hour, no minimum hours, and a clear pathway for experienced instructors seeking permanent roles. CPR, WWC and recognised teaching qualifications (AUSTSWIM or equivalent) are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of prior swim instruction experience required.
• AUSTSWIM or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Valid CPR Certificate.
• Valid Working with Children Check (WWC) for those over 18 years old.
• Minimum age of 17 years.
• Accepted equivalent qualifications include RLSSA, ASCTA, Swimming Australia, or Royal Life Saving certifications.
