Padua College in Brisbane seeks a Swimming Development Coach to advance swimmers' technique, conditioning, and competitive skills. The role focuses on developing capabilities beyond basic aquatic skills, with shifts 3:00 PM–5:30 PM Monday to Thursday and additional morning squad sessions and Learn to Swim lessons.
You will design practice plans, assess performance, maintain safety, and track progress, reporting to the school's sports program.

The Swimming Development Coach is responsible for developing the swimmers’ capability beyond basic aquatic skills, with a focus on improving swimming efficiency, stroke technique, athletic development and competitive swimming skills.
Shifts for this role are generally scheduled from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, with additional coverage required for morning squad sessions and Learn to Swim lessons.
