Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead Coles' sustainable seafood strategy and governance across Own Brand seafood.
• Develop research, policy and governance programs with internal teams and suppliers.
• Provide technical leadership across aquaculture, seafood production systems and emerging sustainability risks.
• Strengthen seafood governance, traceability, verification and certification requirements across supply chains.
• Build trusted relationships with suppliers, NGOs and industry partners to drive continuous improvement.
• Support assurance, compliance and risk management while embedding sustainable seafood considerations into commercial decision-making.
