The Opportunity

We now have a critical opportunity for a Sustainability Manager to join our National Sustainability team based in Sydney. In this role, you’ll contribute sustainability input, advice, and expertise across major infrastructure projects—including water, rail, and road—as well as global Net Zero initiatives and defence projects. You’ll work closely with clients and project teams to champion sustainability strategies from design through construction, delivering frameworks, management plans, and innovative solutions that leave a lasting legacy.

Who You Are

You’re a sustainability professional with consulting background and experience in infrastructure projects. You thrive on collaboration and innovation, you bring integrity, accountability, and strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results.

What You Bring

• Experience in sustainability consulting within the infrastructure sector (water industry highly regarded).
• Familiarity with Green Star or ISC rating tools (highly regarded).
• Strong stakeholder management and business development experience.
• Ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and deadlines.
