Job summary

KBR’s Infrastructure Services team seeks a Senior Sustainability Consultant to advise on major projects from design through construction, delivering frameworks and sustainable solutions across water, rail, road, and defence sectors.

You’ll collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to champion sustainability, manage complex projects and stakeholders, and contribute to business development while promoting Net Zero initiatives across national programs.

The Opportunity

We now have a critical opportunity for a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join our National Sustainability team based in Perth. In this role, you’ll contribute sustainability input, advice, and expertise across major infrastructure projects—including water, rail, and road—as well as global Net Zero initiatives and defence projects.

You’ll work closely with project teams to champion sustainability strategies from design through construction, delivering frameworks, management plans, and innovative solutions that leave a lasting legacy.

Who You Are

You’re a sustainability professional with experience in infrastructure projects. You thrive on collaboration and innovation, you bring integrity, accountability, and strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results.

• Experience in sustainability consulting within the infrastructure sector (water industry highly regarded).
• Familiarity with Green Star or ISC rating tools (highly regarded).
• Strong stakeholder management and business development experience.
• Ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and deadlines.
