Job summary

Frasers Property Australia in New South Wales is seeking an ambitious Sustainability Coordinator to join our National Sustainability team based in NSW (Rhodes Head Office). Reporting to the Sustainability Manager, this role coordinates and delivers our sustainability objectives and translates ESG strategies into real-world outcomes across residential and mixed-use developments.

Qualifications

1–3 years of professional sustainability experience.
A tertiary degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, Engineering, Architecture, or Property Economics.
Knowledge of carbon emissions accounting and rating tools.
Experience with Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) or building performance modelling software (e.g., IES).
Strong analytical mindset with attention to data.

Responsibilities

Support the rollout of ESG strategy and track targets across the project lifecycle.
Coordinate data collation, carbon accounting (operational and embodied emissions), and benchmarking submissions.
Partner with Development, Design and Delivery teams to build tools, case studies, and training.
Monitor emerging sustainability technologies and opportunities for improvement.
