Job summary

CPB Contractors is seeking a Sustainability Advisor to support the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail project from tender through delivery. You will identify opportunities to improve sustainability outcomes, educate project teams on sustainable design, and monitor performance against ISC Rating and other frameworks.

You will work with design, procurement and construction teams to embed sustainability into delivery and explore innovative approaches to achieve better environmental outcomes on major

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in engineering or environmental science.
• At least 3 years of sustainability management experience.
• Strong understanding of environment and sustainability legislation, policy and rating frameworks (ISC Rating Scheme).
• Ability to influence people, nurture relationships and upskill peers.
• Experience delivering design and as-built ratings in major construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement opportunities to improve sustainability outcomes in construction and operations.
• Engage project teams on sustainable design and construction practices.
• Monitor and report sustainability performance, tracking metrics against ISC Rating.
• Collaborate with design, procurement and construction teams to embed sustainability into delivery.
• Explore innovations to drive sustainability outcomes on projects.
