Job summary

Infrastructure Business Growth Pty Ltd – Maroochydore QLD is seeking a Sustainability Advisor to support delivery of the project's sustainability commitments through practical initiatives, reliable data and evidence-based reporting.

You will maintain sustainability obligations, coordinate carbon, energy, water, materials, waste, and social-procurement data, and prepare submissions with traceable evidence for audit-ready reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree in sustainability, environmental science, engineering, construction or a related discipline.
• 3-6 years' sustainability experience on infrastructure or major capital projects.
• Knowledge of IS ratings, carbon accounting and responsible procurement.
• Strong data-management and report-writing capability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sustainability obligations, targets, initiatives, evidence and action registers.
• Coordinate carbon, energy, water, materials, waste, recycled-content and social-procurement data.
• Support design and procurement reviews to identify lower-impact options.
• Prepare rating, client and corporate submissions with traceable evidence.
• Promote practical sustainability initiatives across project teams.

Infrastructure Business Growth Pty Ltd – Maroochydore QLD

A major transport infrastructure project (valued at more than $1 billion) is underway across South East Queensland, delivering complex rail, station and civil works. Having won numerous major projects in Queensland in the past 12 months, the head contractor is seeking a Sustainability Advisor to support delivery of the project's sustainability commitments through practical initiatives, reliable data and evidence-based reporting.

We partner closely with contractors, engineering consultancies and delivery organisations to place high quality technical professionals.
