Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions, Inc. invites applications for a Quality Surveillance role in Adelaide. The successful candidate will support project quality activities across inspections, audits, surveillance, vendor documentation, and QMS within an EPCM environment.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years' QA/QC experience on EPCM projects, with a trade or engineering background and CSWIP 3.2 certification. Strong interpretation of drawings and robust reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' QA/QC experience within EPCM projects.
• Trade or engineering background with Cert 10 or CSWIP 3.2 qualification.
• Strong knowledge of AS/NZS and ISO industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up PIAMs and surveillance inspections in line with the QMS schedule.
• Perform inspections, PIAMs, audits, surveillance activities and IRCs.
• Review quality CDDL vendor deliverables and ensure documentation requirements are met.
• Assist with preservation management and coordination of the QMS schedule.
• Prepare Audit Terms of Reference and issue quality reports.
• Follow up and close out actions arising from PIAMs, audits and surveillance inspections.

About the role

TRS Staffing is currently searching for a Quality Surveillance to join a major project team in Adelaide. This role will support project quality activities across inspections, audits, surveillance, vendor documentation and quality management systems within an EPCM environment.

Duties and responsibilities

• Set up PIAMs and surveillance inspections in line with the QMS schedule.
• Perform inspections, PIAMs, audits, surveillance activities and IRCs.
• Review quality CDDL vendor deliverables and ensure documentation requirements are met.
• Assist with preservation management and coordination of the QMS schedule.
• Prepare Audit Terms of Reference and issue quality reports.
• Follow up and close out actions arising from PIAMs, audits and surveillance inspections.
• Attend project execution and T Minus meetings and assist with site quality deliverables.

Skills and experience required

• Minimum 5 years' QA/QC experience within EPCM projects.
• Trade or engineering background with Cert 10 or CSWIP 3.2 qualification.
• Strong knowledge of relevant AS/NZS and ISO industry standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong report writing, documentation and electronic filing skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and make quality-related decisions.
