Peninsula Health in Frankston is seeking a Registered Nurse for the T11 South Surgical Ward on a fixed-term part-time basis. The role supports orthopedic/plastic surgery and general surgery patients, with December 2026–February 2027 availability and a high chance of a substantive position in the nurse pool after the contract.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Completion of a graduate year program or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in surgical nursing.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high quality outcomes for consumers.
• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Prepares written documentation using clear, concise and grammatically correct language.
• Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills commensurate with experience and scope of practice.
• Communicates well with and relates to consumers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds.
