Calvary Mater Newcastle is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Surgical Ward 4B to join a compassionate, world-class team. The role offers permanent full-time hours, working in a 30-bed surgical unit with diverse cases including general, colorectal, plastics and oncology procedures.

You will provide safe, patient-focused care, demonstrate strong communication and teamwork, and contribute to ongoing professional development within a supportive educator-led environment.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse authorised to practice by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Recent demonstrated experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting as a Registered Nurse
• Ability to work unsupervised and proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of the multidisciplinary team
• Demonstrated communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Demonstrated commitment to own personal and professional development
• Commitment to the Mission, Vision and Values of Calvary and the ability and desire to uphold these principles
