Calvary Mater Newcastle is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver safe, patient-centred care in a surgical setting. You will contribute to a 30-bed ward (Ward 4B) covering General surgery, Colorectal, Gastro, Plastics, and oncology-related procedures, with mentorship from an Educator.

The role requires ANZ AHPRA registration, acute care experience, and the ability to work independently during busy periods while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse authorised to practice by AHPRA.
• Recent demonstrated experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting as a Registered Nurse.
• Ability to work unsupervised and proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of the multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to own personal and professional development.
• Commitment to the Mission, Vision and Values of Calvary and the ability and desire to uphold these principles.
