Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Associate Kit Assembler in Arndell Park, Australia. You will manage the flow of surgical kits and devices across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring kits are dispatched and returned with high accuracy.

The role requires a team player with strong attention to detail, capable of thriving in fast-paced settings. You will work onsite, supporting hospitals with urgent surgical needs while maintaining real-time asset visibility and quality checks.

Qualifications

• Full Australian working rights and a valid driver’s license.
• Access to your own vehicle for site travel as required.
• Willingness to rotate across shifts 7am–7pm, including on-call and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end movement of surgical kits and medical devices from dispatch to return.
• Prepare and send kits with high accuracy to avoid impact on procedures.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound devices including consignment stock across hospitals.
• Track and maintain real-time visibility of assets in the system.
• Perform thorough quality checks on returned kits for safety compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and hospital stakeholders on urgent requirements.
