Budhwar Dental Group offers an opportunity to become a trusted surgical assistant in All-on-4 and full-arch implant procedures. The role provides coaching, mentoring, and exposure across multiple practice locations in Australia.

You’ll be prepared to support clinicians through complex surgeries, learn digital workflows, and grow into leadership duties within the team as your competence develops.

Qualifications

• Overseas-trained dentist targeting ADC steps and contributing as a surgical assistant.
• Senior dental assistant aiming to grow into a surgical coordination role.
• Willingness to travel between practices for varied surgical exposure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surgical rooms, instruments, implant components and materials.
• Anticipate treatment stages and provide efficient assistance under supervision.
• Maintain infection control, instrument processing and stock organisation.
• Coordinate with clinicians and support staff to keep appointments smooth.
• Help patients feel reassured and supported throughout their care.
• Take ownership of the assisting workflow from prep to room reset.
