Qualifications

• Certificate III in Dental Assisting is essential.
• Experience as an Oral Surgery Assistant is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Able to work in both practice and hospital settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance to Dr Crighton during consultations and procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments and equipment.
• Assist with surgical procedures in clinic and hospital.
• Maintain instrument sterility and infection control standards.
• Ensure accurate patient records and documentation.
• Keep clinical areas clean, well stocked and welcoming.
