Job summary

K92 Mining Limited is expanding its operations at the Kainantu Gold Mine and seeking a strong Maintenance leader for surface infrastructure. The role focuses on delivering safe, reliable maintenance across Processing Facilities and Surface Mobile Equipment, while developing the team and sustaining asset availability.

The successful candidate will bring 15+ years in maintenance leadership, with preference for experience in Papua New Guinea or remote sites and exposure to processing plants.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15+ years in a maintenance leadership role.
• Experience operating in Papua New Guinea or remote locations is highly regarded.
• Experience in processing plants is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Maintenance team and oversee surface infrastructure and processing facilities.
• Drive safe behaviours and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Plan and coordinate work safely with environmental and resource considerations.
• Develop capability through training, mentoring and formal feedback.
• Identify talent, develop succession and support nationalisation goals.
• Drive cost discipline and continuous improvement in maintenance activities.
