Job summary

Younique Support Services is a locally owned and operated disability support provider in Rockhampton, committed to helping people live full, meaningful lives with choice, connection and independence.

We support a diverse range of participants and families with daily living, independence and community access, helping people build lives that feel meaningful, connected and full.

We are looking for a Support Worker who shares that approach to join our small and supportive team.

About the role

No two days at Younique look exactly the same. Your shifts may involve:

• Supporting participants with daily living and household tasks
• Community access, activities, events and appointments
• Building independence, confidence and everyday skills
• Transport and social support
• Supporting participants to work towards their individual NDIS goals
• Completing shift notes and documentation
