Job summary

NORWA CARE is seeking compassionate Support Workers to cover the UK, including Ipswich and surrounding areas. Roles include permanent, full/part-time and contracted hours with shifts arranged in advance by our bookings coordinator. Excellent pay from £14.46 per hour including holiday pay and a supportive office team.

DBS on update service preferred and moving/handling training may be provided. Join a dedicated staffing team committed to continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Be able to commit to shifts – we are a permanent staffing partner so commitment to shifts and continuity of staff is key.
• Carers must have 6 months UK paid care experience: experience with autism, learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.
• DBS on the update service preferred – we can arrange for a DBS if required
• Must have the right to work in the UK – we cannot offer sponsorship
• Valid UK driving licence required if happy to travel up to an hour
• Practical Moving and Handling experience and willingness to complete a practical Moving and Handling course.
