Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a committed Support Worker for a care home in the Woolverstone, Ipswich area. You will provide high-quality care and support residents to continue their daily lives with dignity.

This role requires an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, and offers a salary of £12.80–£13.45 per hour, 36 hours per week, with monthly pay and benefits such as induction, enhanced DBS, refer a friend scheme and years of service rewards.

Key Duties

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
• Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship
• Encourage independence, well-being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times

The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of £12.80 - £13.45 per hour - Pay frequency is monthly.
