Job summary

Livit Disability Support is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Murray Bridge to empower people with disabilities to live their best lives through compassionate, personalised support.

Casual positions include morning, afternoon and overnight shifts across a 7-day week, within a team committed to real relationships and community inclusion. Training and salary packaging options are provided to support our staff and clients.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability (or equivalent) required; students welcome.
• Current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Check & Working with Children Check.
• First Aid, CPR & Safe Environments for Children & Young People.
• Positive attitude with flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster including overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Provide support with household duties including meal preparation, cleaning and laundry.
• Advocate for clients' needs and preferences, ensuring rights and choices are respected.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalised support plans.

Casual position's available rostered over mornings, afternoons, and overnight shifts over a 7-day week, in our Murray Bridge team.

As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in empowering people with disabilities to live their best lives by providing compassionate, personalised support that allows them to thrive and participate actively in their communities.
