Job summary

The CareSide is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our NSW team, providing daily living assistance to help clients stay safe and independent at home. The role is scheduled every Thursday from 11:00am to 2:00pm, with travel reimbursement and company-provided PPE.

The ideal candidate speaks fluent German and is reliable, caring, and committed to high-quality care. Requires First Aid/CPR, Police clearance, and a valid Australian Driver’s Licence with insured vehicle.

Qualifications

• Fluent German language is required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification is required.
• National Police Clearance is required.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence with an insured vehicle.
• Reliable, punctual and genuinely caring in daily care duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication prompts).
• Assist with domestic tasks (cleaning, meal prep, shopping).
• Offer social support and respite care.
• Transport clients to appointments.
• Maintain accurate care records.

About The Role

We are seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our growing team in NSW, providing assistance with daily living activities to help clients remain safe and independent at home. The role is scheduled every Thursday (11:00am – 2:00pm). This position includes travel reimbursement and company-provided PPE.
