Rocky Bay is seeking a Support Worker to assist people living with disability in a home-like setting across Gosnells, Thornlie and Como. This permanent part-time role offers an hourly rate of $30.50–$38.50 plus Salary Packaging and flexible roster options.

You will help with daily living activities, personal care, mobility support and skill development, tailoring support to each customer’s goals. A valid Driver’s Licence is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, medication and household tasks.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with customers.
• Support customers to develop skills and independence.
• Support customers with mobility, transfers, hoisting and other physical assistance as required.
• Follow person-centred support plans and respond to individual needs.
• Maintain accurate case notes, timesheets and incident reports.
